ASOCIACION DE LAICOS HIJOS DE LA DIVINA PROVIDENCIA
Historia de la Asociación
En el Capítulo General del año 1992 surge la necesidad de tener personas seglares agregadas a nuestra Congregación, para que vivan nuestro carisma y sean los colaboradores directos de nuestras obras. En estos primeros pasos de la agrupación se les nomino LAICOS BETTINIANOS, CON al pasar de los años se estipulo su nombre como “ASOCIACION DE LAICOS HIJOS DE LA DIVINA PROVIDENCIA.
En Chile ya algunas profesoras habían dado la idea para que fuese llevado al Capítulo, así que pronto si acogió la propuesta y se formó el grupo, ya que varios estaban colaborando no solo en la escuela, sino en la catequesis sacramental.
El primer encuentro oficial para dar el inicio a esta nueva agrupación, tuvo lugar en Santiago en la casa regional, los días 29 y 30 de octubre de 1994.
En este evento participaron delegados de la Serena, de Frutillar, sin faltar los de Santiago. Así se dio inicio formal a los GRUPOS LAICOS HIJOS DE LA DIVINA PROVIDENCIA, que en cada comunidad se unen mensualmente con las religiosas para rezar, recibir mensualmente su formación sobre nuestro carisma y espiritualidad, al mismo tiempo siguen prestando su colaboración en las obras evangelizadoras y catequísticas.
Actualmente poseen un estatuto propio y se reúnen colegialmente cada año para compartir experiencia, formación y lineamentos para el año siguiente.
